Morag Deyes MBE

Morag Deyes MBE, has been Artistic Director of Dance Base, Scotland's National Centre for Dance in Edinburgh, since 1994. After training in Edinburgh in ballet, she went on to dance professionally, and taught and choreographed work around the world. After relocating to the South West of England in the late eighties she was Artistic Director of the Bath Fringe Festival from 1990-1994.

Ian Abbott

Ian Abbott is Head of Creative Programmes for Pavilion Dance South West. the dance development organisation for the South West of England. He provides inspirational leadership for a team whilst developing and implement a clear cohesive vision and range of activities across the performance, participatory and artist development programmes both in the venue, across the region and nationally.

With over ten years of producing experience in the cultural sector across festivals and theatres, he specialises in artistic programming, strategic development and building partnerships across art forms.

He currently sits on the advisory boards of The Association of Dance of the African Disapora and Lila Dance, mentors a number of young people inside and outside the arts and presents a weekly radio show on film soundtracks and music scores.

Anita Balchandani

Anita Balchandani is a Partner of OC&C Strategy Consultants. She is Global Head of the Sales & Marketing practice and Sector Head of the UK Retail team.

She has worked with consumer and retail businesses across Europe, North America and Asia in shaping and delivering their strategic agenda.

Her key areas of expertise are in building customer-centred businesses – particularly by unlocking value from customer data and segmentation and in enabling organisations to manage the transition from bricks and mortar to multichannel/online.

She also partners with businesses in operationalising strategic plans so they are set up to deliver action and results.

In addition to OC&C, Anita is Non-Executive Director at Space NK, a luxury beauty business with 85 beauty emporiums and ecommerce operations across the UK and US.
